APPENDIX 101

 Monthly Eciency Report – is report shows the eciency of the route for each day

of the week and month. In DataView, route eciency is measured by comparing travel

time at the current speed to travel time at free-ow speed (the average speed of the

roadway segment with no congestion). e average ratio of the ideal travel time and

the actual travel time gives you the percentage of eciency. is report also breaks the

values down by hour.
